As a Marketing & Content Coordinator, you will contribute to our campaign optimization for PPC and social media content. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign data, and providing strategy on how to maximize our campaign results for clients. You will support an integrated approach to help drive results by leveraging high-quality social and ad content for campaigns.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactive/daily ad campaign management 
  • Utilize specific KPI metrics to determine campaign goals
  • Analyze campaign performance data and optimize toward performance goals
  • Conduct website audits and recommend specific tactics to improve site visibility and SEO rankings
  • Create and maintain content marketing schedules
  • Track and report content performance
  • Study and deliver regular content audits for client and company posting calendar
  • Collaborate with creative team on creating social media campaigns
  • Develop and create internal marketing content
  • Assist with setup of services including social media, analytics tools, and CRM funnels
  • Create, proofread and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice
  • Implement content strategy across online channels including blogs, social media, email marketing
  • Work with strategy team on developing a consistent tone and voice for each client


Job Qualifications

  • Background in Marketing, Communications or related focus
  • Experience developing and publishing digital content
  • Proficient in Facebook Manager, Google My Business, Google Ads, Facebook Ads
  • Experience working within a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent storytelling and copy-editing skills
  • Ability to “stay on brand” for various clients spanning different industries
  • Have a firm grasp on what’s interesting and relevant among various audiences
  • Organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of modern digital marketing tactics, including SEO best practices
  • Highly proficient with all major social media platforms
  • Graphic Design, Photography and Video Editing experience a plus
