Digital Ads Manager

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Digital Marketing Director to support the implementation and ongoing management of our client’s digital marketing programs including SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Email Marketing. This role’s primary focus will be to support the implementation and ongoing management of digital advertising campaigns across clients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use a project management platform to schedule, assign, and monitor the progress of advertising projects from start to completion.
  • Work in digital tools to set up conversion-driven campaigns across our clients. This includes Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Assist with the implementation and optimization of digital advertising including search, display, video, retargeting, Facebook advertising, etc. 
  • Assist with placing and monitoring advertising spend and make adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
  • Assist with evaluating digital advertising performance. Produce detailed monthly reports on campaigns.
  • Track your client hours as well as pitching in with small office management responsibilities as needed.
  • Research new advertising methods and stay abreast of online advertising trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners as needed.

 

Job Qualifications

  • College Degree and 1-2 years related work experience.
  • Knowledge of modern digital marketing tactics including SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully picking up new skills on the job, including learning new technologies.
  • Ability to prioritize your time and meet deadlines for multiple projects.
  • Sharp attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player who solicits ideas from others and values others’ opinions.
  • Comfort admitting what you don’t know and recognizing that seeking and receiving feedback is part of the learning process.
  • Experience setting up and/or using the following digital marketing platforms preferred: Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.

 

Job Details:

Benefits: Flexible work environment, PTO, 401k with employer match

Salary: $40k – $50k

Location: Remote or in-person in Clive, Iowa
