Digital Marketing Director

As a Digital Marketing Director, you will oversee all digital marketing strategies that drive business and brand growth. Digital Marketing is a key part of an integrated marketing team that collaborates with creative and web teams to execute performance-based campaigns.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple pieces of client business, as the day-to-day client relationship manager, primary strategist, and internal team lead.
- Manage a small team of high-performing digital marketers to provide leadership and direction to assigned staff on all aspects of client deliverables and implementation of digital marketing strategies.
- Deliver an added-value consultancy and works closely with clients to deliver campaigns, services, and products across all communications channels, while proactively making recommendations based upon evolving industry best practices and competitor strategies.
- Setting and enabling all aspects of the strategic process: setting KPIs and benchmarks, developing timelines, organizing brainstorms, and cross-team collaboration.
- Set up, execute, monitor, and report campaign performance including PPC, email marketing, landing page strategy, social media strategy, and SEO.
- Define and maintain campaign budgets for paid marketing initiatives.
- Assist with new business proposals and defining sales processes.

Job Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong client relationship nurturing skills – can connect with clients and inspire their confidence and ongoing commitment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience – someone who innately knows how to empower teams to be their best selves, and can move the pieces to set them up for success.
- Ability to handle multiple large and complex projects.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and pay attention to detail.
- Analytical spirit and result-focused.
- Customer-centric mentality and experience driving audience-based initiatives.
- Copywriting and design experience a plus.
