The Project Manager will work closely with Digital Marketing, Creative & Web Development teams to manage and implement agency projects including website development and marketing campaigns.
Their role within the agency is to manage projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and according to deadlines.
An ideal candidate is a detail-oriented project manager with hands-on experience leading all phases of website design & digital marketing projects. In addition to account management, this role will be responsible for assigning work to both creative and development teams, coordinate internal and outsourced resources, and guarantee on-time delivery of our website products and marketing campaigns.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Project Manager is responsible for::
Efficient management of clients’ Website Development & Digital Marketing projects including day-to-day internal & external communications
Coordinate ad units and assembly of creative assets
Leading client meetings and internal team meetings
Managing client projects based on a deadline, meet expectations and assist in client accounts receivable with the accounting team
Assist in creating scopes of work and proposals for new projects
Clearly communicate roles during the production process to client, internal and vendors
Partner with content creation, design, development, SEO, and video production teams at different phases of the project to deliver the highest quality finished product
Clarify and communicate project objectives and client expectations to team
Mitigation of scope creep, communicating potential project risks to management and website stakeholders, keeping clients within website specs, and following proper project change request procedures as needed
Ensure that project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Monitor and report on key project metrics used to measure project delivery and quality to website stakeholders and internal management team
Manages, coordinates and leads day-to-day website project related activities
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Management / Communications or related field, and 1-2 years relevant work experience
- Experienced in CRM systems (Monday, Trello, Active Campaign, Hubspot)
- Experienced with Quickbooks
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients at once while staying organized
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to partner successfully and collaboratively in a highly creative and passionate environment
This position is part-time (around 30 hours per week) with the potential to go full-time. Salary will be based on experience.
