KRM CUSTOM HOME, a growing custom homebuilder in central Iowa, sought to enhance their market presence to better reflect their craftsmanship and expertise. To achieve this, they enlisted Farmboy to undertake a comprehensive re-branding and marketing overhaul. Farmboy's approach included creating new logos and tag lines for a fresh brand identity, building a new website as a digital hub, and devising strategies for paid media and SEO to boost visibility. Additionally, they implemented a robust content strategy that encompasses social media, blogging, and video production. They also developed lead magnets, designed segmented landing pages, and ran targeted ads through Google Search, Display, and Video, as well as on social media platforms. Further efforts included designing brochures and flyers, providing marketing consulting, planning events, and conducting showroom tours, all aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth.
